I am a registered clinical psychologist based in the UK, passionate about helping women manage overwhelm and find balance. Since starting my psychology career in 2004, I have worked with diverse client groups and gained invaluable insights into the challenges women and mothers face.

I’m an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist in the UK, with a career that began in 2004. After earning my doctorate in 2007, I’ve worked across various NHS and private sector services, supporting a wide range of clients.

In 2021, after the birth of my second child and experiencing the pandemic’s challenges, I transitioned from the NHS to establish my private practice. Now, I focus on helping women find balance, overcome overwhelm, and reclaim their well-being.

I am dedicated to empowering women to take control of their lives by overcoming the overwhelming challenges they face in both personal and professional settings. My goal is to provide the tools, guidance, and support necessary to help women regain balance, prioritise their well-being, and thrive amidst life's demands.

I recently visited Natasha after experiencing increased stress and struggling with my home and work life. I now have a more positive outlook and can manage stress better
